What we process
InvoiceTools.in accepts Amazon and Flipkart PDF files that you upload. We process those PDFs on our server to produce resized shipping labels and tax invoices, and we return the result to you as a download.
Storage and retention
Uploaded files and generated output files are stored temporarily on our server for processing. They are automatically deleted after 45 minutes. We do not scan the content of your PDFs and we do not share them with anyone. The temporary storage location is not indexed by search engines and is protected from direct HTTP access.
Access to your files
Each job is issued a random job identifier and is tied to your browser session. Another visitor cannot guess your job identifier or download your files. Download links are short-lived and cryptographically signed.
IP logs and analytics
Our server logs may retain your IP address and browser user-agent string for a short period for security and abuse-prevention purposes. If we use web analytics, it is limited to aggregate page-view data.
Advertising
This site is supported by advertising. We may display Google advertising and advertisements uploaded directly by the site owner. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your interests. You can control ad personalization in your Google account settings. Owner-uploaded ads do not set third-party cookies.
Cookies
We set a single session cookie (invoicetools_sid) so that your browser can access the files it uploaded. This cookie contains only a random identifier and expires within one day.
Contact form
If you submit our contact form, your name, email address, and message are used only to reply to your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list.
Your rights
Because we do not retain files or personal information beyond the retention period, most data-subject requests are satisfied by simply waiting for automatic deletion. For questions about the data we hold, please use the contact form.
